FAQ & Shipping/Returns
All items are made to order, meaning we do not have a warehouse full of products ready to ship. Please note that there might be a wait of around 5-7 business days before your order finishes production, quality check and it ready to ship. This timeline may vary during holidays and pandemics.
On the odd occasion we will have run out of a particular size or style garment, this may also cause delays!
All shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the order itself. International shipping can be very costly and we apologise for the high prices.
For all orders shipping outside the US, additional duties, taxes and other customs fees may occur based on the destination country's taxes. We have no control over this and do not take responsibility for paying or reimbursing any additional fees.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
If you have placed an order and have changed your mind or want something different, please email us at email@example.com within 5 business days of when you placed the order.
Include your order number in the subject of the email followed by "Cancel Order". Example: "Order #0001 Cancel Order" and explain what you want done.
If your order has already shipped we cannot offer a refund or change.
Order Never Arrived
Check your latest emails to confirm that the order has been shipped. Confirm that the shipping address you entered is correct.
If your order has been shipped with the correct address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number in the subject of the email followed by "Never Arrived". Example: "Order #0001 Never Arrived".
We do not take responsibility to refund orders if you made a mistake with the shipping address.
If you received a damaged item we will of course provide you with a replacement.
Please email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Include your order number in the subject of the email followed by "Damaged Item". Example: "Order #0001 Damaged Item".
Additionally, please include a detailed description of how the item is damaged and photos of the damage.
We do not take responsibility for replacements if you damaged the item.
Please first check to confirm that the size you received matches the size you ordered.
If your item does not match the size you ordered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number in the subject of the email followed by "Wrong Size". Example: "Order #0001 Wrong Size".
We do not take responsibility for replacements if you ordered the incorrect size.
We do not offer returns or refunds if you are simply unhappy with your order.
